The Reverie Saigon unveils a fine dining experience, The Essential Elements Dining Series: A Culinary Journey Through Time, featuring exclusive evenings inspired by the classical elements of Water, Earth, Air, and Fire.
Each event will showcase a five-course menu crafted in collaboration with seven acclaimed chefs from Vietnam and beyond, including Michelin-starred legends and pioneers of modern Vietnamese cuisine.
The series begins on May 15 with the “Water” night, spotlighting Chef Hoang Tung. It continues monthly, with highlights including Chef Luke Nguyen and Chef Trinh Dinh Vinh from Vietnam House Restaurant, Chef Lam Huynh from Maguro Studio, and Cantonese culinary masters Siu Hin Chi and Wong Fu Keung.
The finale on September 12 brings all seven chefs together for a collaborative evening titled “Evolution,” celebrating the convergence of elemental influences in one immersive dining experience.
Prices start at VND3,288,000++ per person, with optional wine pairing at VND1,288,000++.
